What to expect when you work with us
We like to be upfront about how we run projects, what we charge, and who we actually work with. No mystery fees or hidden software subscriptions.
How do your fixed-price project fees work?
We quote a flat fee upfront for the entire project. For example, our Baseline Margin Audit is exactly £3,800. We do not bill for surprise travel, overnight stays, or mystery hours. You know the cost before we even walk onto your floor.
Do we have to pay a monthly software subscription?
No. We do not sell subscriptions. We configure open tools and write custom scripts that belong to you. You pay our one-off implementation fee, and that is it. If you want ongoing monitoring, we offer a voluntary support retainer for £1,450 a month.
Will we need to buy expensive new factory hardware?
Almost never. We work with what you have. We usually install rugged, low-cost tablets (about £120 each) on your line or dispatch desks and connect them to your current network. We do not force you to replace working machinery.
What if our historical database is a messy heap of Excel sheets?
That is where we start. We write clean migration scripts to sort, de-duplicate, and format your old records. We do not charge extra to clean up your data; it is always included in the initial project scope.
Do you work with smaller regional businesses?
Yes. Our sweet spot is regional hauliers, family-run factories, and independent retail networks with 5 to 150 staff. We are a three-person team, so we do not take on massive enterprise jobs. We focus entirely on local West Midlands operations.
How soon can we expect to see actual results?
We build a working dashboard with your live data in 21 days. This lets you inspect the tracking tools early. If you do not see immediate value at that stage, we stop the project.
