How do your fixed-fee projects actually work?
We quote a flat rate before we start. Our Baseline Margin Audit is exactly £3,800. We do not charge for mystery hours or overnight stays. You know the exact cost upfront.
Do we have to buy expensive new factory hardware?
No. We configure software to run on what you already own. If needed, we buy rugged floor tablets for around £120 each. We do not force you to replace working machinery.
What if our historical warehouse data is a messy pile of spreadsheets?
We clean it up. Our team writes custom scripts to sort and format your messy records. We de-duplicate your supplier logs so the new tracking tools do not crash on day one. Cleaning your historical database is always included in the initial quote.
How long does a typical implementation take?
We build a working dashboard with your live data in 21 days. This lets your team inspect the tools early. A full rollout with hands-on staff training usually takes 5 to 7 weeks.
We are a small transport yard. Are we too small for your tools?
No. Our sweet spot is regional hauliers, independent shops, and family-run factories with 5 to 150 staff. We are a three-person team, so we focus entirely on local West Midlands operations.
Do you charge a monthly software subscription?
We do not sell software subscriptions. You pay a one-off project fee for our implementation work. If you want ongoing database monitoring later, we offer a voluntary support retainer for £1,450 a month.
